You can write to us at that email address about any question regarding your personal data.
What data we collect
Through the contact form: name, email, phone if you provide it, and the text of your message.
Through the donation form: name, email, phone, chosen payment method, donation amount and, when you request the book, a delivery address or a chosen courier office.
We do not collect card data. Payments are made by bank transfer or Blink, directly between you and your bank.
Why we process the data
To answer your enquiry, to recognise and confirm your donation, to send you the book when you requested it, and to keep the foundation's accounting records.
The legal grounds are performance of our commitments to you, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in keeping in touch with our supporters.
Who receives the data
A courier company when we ship a book, limited to what the delivery requires.
The providers that host the website, the database and the email notifications, as well as our bank and our accountants.
We never sell your personal data and never share it for advertising purposes.
How long we keep the data
Contact form messages are kept for up to two years after our last communication.
Data related to donations and deliveries is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing.
To exercise these rights, write to us at the email above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Cookies
The public website does not use cookies. The selected language is stored in the URL, and the preferred light/dark theme is stored in the browser only via `localStorage` when supported; it is not sent to the server.
The only cookie that may be set is the technical Supabase Auth session cookie when you log in to the admin panel. It is required for secure access and is not used for advertising or tracking.
We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or profiling.
