Donation and delivery terms

These terms describe how we accept donations, how we confirm payments and how we send the book as a thank you.

Who we are

Kauzite na Stoilka" Foundation, company number 208815884, registered address: Bulgaria, Sofia 1618, Vitosha district, 43 Ivan Susanin Str., floor 4, apt. 16, contact email: stoilka.arsova@icloud.com.

Donations

A donation is voluntary and the amount is chosen by the donor. Amounts are accepted in euro.

We accept bank transfer and Blink interbank payment to a phone number.

After you submit the form you receive a donation reference in the format STO-2026-000001. You must enter it in the payment reason or message so that we can recognise your payment.

Payment confirmation

A donation is marked as received once the payment appears in the foundation's account. The check is performed manually by our team.

You receive an email after confirmation. If you requested the book, shipping starts after the payment is confirmed.

The book as a thank you

With a donation of 10 euro or more you can receive the book as a thank you from us. One copy per donation.

The number of copies is limited by availability. If the book is unavailable we will contact you and the donation still supports the causes.

Delivery

We deliver to an address or to an Econt or Speedy office of your choice in Bulgaria.

Shipments are handled manually. We send the book within a reasonable period after the payment is confirmed and notify you by email with a tracking number.

Delivery cost is confirmed at dispatch. For deliveries outside Bulgaria please contact us in advance.

Errors and returns

A donation is a gift and as a rule is not refundable. If you made a technical mistake, such as a double payment or a wrong amount, write to us and we will find a solution.

If the book arrives damaged, tell us within a reasonable period and we will send a new copy subject to availability.
